• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Ujiyaari reserves the right to update prices, discounts, and product details without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway partner.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets (as supported by Razorpay).

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

• Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination; estimated delivery will be communicated via email/SMS.

• Ujiyaari is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (jewelry, candles, personal care items, accessories), returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Ujiyaari will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Content Liability:

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
